The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and conveniently situated next to a shopping mall. We loved being able to quickly pop into the supermarket for any necessities we needed. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and our room was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The bed and curtains ensured a great night's sleep, and the shower was excellent. We also appreciated the mini fridge in the room for storing our juice. The staff, although not fluent in English, were helpful and tried their best to assist us. The breakfast provided was good, although the coffee could have been of better quality.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern hotel in a great location. The room was clean and modern, with a nice shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, even ordering a taxi for me. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the view of the square from my room. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city centre and next to a fabulous shopping mall. The hotel offers a range of services that truly enhanced our comfort and enjoyment. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Comfortable room, good blackout curtains, excellent shower, clean and quiet. Breakfast could improve bread. Clear parking instructions saved hassle. Spacious, modern, clean room; comfy bed, extra blanket, fast wifi. Helpful and friendly staff. Fresh, new hotel, conveniently located downtown near restaurants and shopping. Good bar food, comfortable beds, quick airport access, close to train station. Very polite, informative staff, clean decor, great location for visiting Charleroi and Brussels.
